Slow, as if beset by dreams and
Presently, afraid to fall asleep.
Encircle, bullpen predators.
I'm not afraid to die upon this hill.
I much prefer shorter poems, both to write and to read. I think poetry is most powerful where it takes us to a single place, with vigour. Thanks for reading :)
