Meditation was deep
Hand came out of water feet washed on beach
Carried by the ocean dragged panicking into the deep
Pulled underground where hell is met
Down the dark caverns of pain and torment
Scrabbled back up
Gripped by an eagle
Dropped to the sea where open mouth of shark awaits feed
Into the mouth
Swallowed up
Somehow shot out
Back with the eagle flew to ledge to peer about...
A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor
