The flight of the old Bunny

I saw him in me headlights
he stood just staring back
this bunnies time was over
the fur was of his back
He tumbled up and through the air
I saw his beady eyes
the bunny in the headlights was
right before me flies
he glued himself right on me screen
all coloured from the red
the bunnies day was over
flattered at the best
yet from this sad we have result
a dinners feast
a stew behold
a rabbits foot to chain upon
I am a bunny basher I'm sorry for the stew
...............................
was half way through me dinner
when lights did come my way
a carrot for me eyesight
is good for you they say
he dazzled me a good un
could hear my fate was due
a rabbit in the headlights
is good for farmers stew
I couldnt move a muscle
my tummy full of grub
I bounced right of his bonnet
a flight to end was up
so there I was a thinking
as screen came up to me
a carrot aint for eating
Oh ***** i'm history
