The Mind unto the world -
Is a generously giving friend -
Or covets and hoards the pearls -
Of Wisdom we dare not forfend -

Safe against the trespass -
No intrepid intruder in here -
But angels going soft, ever soft -
To sully and soothe my fear -

The Mind unto the World -
Towards brighter day we wend -
The nature of her mysteries -
Only sage can apprehend -
