I could run to the ends of the earth
But she'd find me
Still hiding myself from the days
That remind me
Of falling in more
Than a pit of despair
My descent into love
Was a cavernous lair
Where the light at the end of the tunnel
Was blinding
But still as my shadow was she there beside me
Enveloping severed tie contracts unwinding
Confining my wandering conscious to climbing
A vast range of mountains
To swim in the skies
So that I might behold her
With worthier eyes
