I know everyone has an inner fire
I just wish mine didn't try to burn
The World
Down

I drank away my early seconds
Praying that'd it'd douse out that fire

I wanted reprieve, respite
A resplendent relapse into a
Regal rotunda

A joy that has waited so many years
To be
