Jul 2017
The sun is creeping through
Taking it's time
to light the wee morning hours.
Brighter it becomes
Blue skies shining too
Good Morning to you,
Says the world.

Darkness still looms
from the south,
The sun pierces
thru the eastern sky.
The light spreads
across the horizon.

I'm sick of coffee,
way too much
in the night.
The light warms
the castle dawn.
A buck & fawn
in the valley

Bright yellows blinding
strengthening
eyes squinting
golden rays filter
thru dark eye lids.
Dew on the window
dew on the grass
wet feet step
across the lawn.

Pixies blowing
in the wind,
fairies dance
in a ring,
Summer is
at the bend,
Leprechauns
tripping to greet
the day..
