A crown of over-confidence
So glistens like the sun bejeweled
In dragon scales and treasure hordes
My mane of roaring lion reigns
Renouncing claims to kingdoms ruled

A shield of perfect hubris
So adorns me in an armored pride
My sword was forged in misery
And sharpened on the jagged ledge
Of selfless ego suicide

A castle of my stoic walls
So rises to repel the siege
In here I will outlast them all
This stone cold keep is now my home
These dungeons I now call my liege
