Jun 2017
Soured metal, rotted walls
Darkness hangs form hall to hall
Broken bonds burning ambitions
A feeling half until furition

Life a moment
A last choking breath
Happiness a second
Before eternal death

We exist only
In the time between
A hint of joy
Goes often unseen

Until again
The crest breaks
And life slips by
But leaves no wake

Such was the tale
Of the great eluder
A hidden knife
A dark intruder
