May 2017
We could lay beneath the stars for centuries,
and make unforgettable memories.
Hands clenched together as if this was all we had,
We would be ever so glad.

But you're across the ocean,
Nonetheless, you set my heart in motion.
It's as if the whole world has stopped,
When we look down to find our fingers interlocked.

These thoughts roam my brain,
while I think of you again.
All these things that live in my mind,
But is love something I will ever find?
