I'm a character in a sitcom
And in telenovelas,
A character in a melodrama
And then again, in farce.

Different kinds of drama for the
Seven ages of man
Infant, lover, soldier…
All in a day.

Pantonlone one minute,
Punch with Judy the next.
Arlecchino makes his entrance,
Exit, stage left, dour il Dottore.

All my life's a stage;
I play my many parts.
