The Pit
Once you go in the pit, you never come back the same.
Your filthy ego cleansed of its failing heart,
your crooked nose straightened,
knees unscraped,
tears unshed,
gray hairs turn back to their former luster,
wrinkles smoothed permanently.
-E.
