Mortality is my employ
Morbidity I do enjoy
Dying just to hear them speak
Lifeless just like them I seek
Another cause of death unknown
To but a corpse of skin and bone
Examining these open wounds
With patience in my waiting tombs
Marking multiple locations
Here and there, these lacerations
Trauma to the fractured skull
Damaged by the voided null
Bound and gagged, the hands and throat
Then who I wonder wrote the note
It speaks of pain and pleasured grief
How all of it the pen bequeathed
Before the overdose resurgence
Suicidal peace emergenceΒ Β
Body bags unzipped to see
The recently deceased is me
