On stem, a sight on which to swoon
Beauty, whose time is ever Noon
Buds in blossom vivid - fair
Imparting aroma to glimmering air
A petal for every hope and dream
Anchored in heart, proud, supreme
Presence commanded by the Sun
Through Daisy cosmic fires run
Nourishing her to her raw roots
As sunshine goes its gay commute
The Daisy with Love's light imbued
Converts sunshine in to useful food
Betwixt each flower go the bees
At most peculiar frequencies
Circling the flower's girth
Doing sacred work of Earth
Dutifully they pledge upon
Their life to keep life going on
The dance of Daisy needs no teaching
In awe of her I'm an evangelist preaching
