I'd love the stars to saunter near
And show us how they shine
Expanding and cascading bright
In shower of sparks divine
In flux of sultry Supernovas
Consists Nature's theatrics
Crackling fearsome, majestically
Like Chinese fireworks
If they'd come a little nearer
I'd behold them awed by splendour
Probably with a little tear
For their being so cosmically rendered
O sweet and sensuous cosmic fires
We honour you on lofty lyres
