Loyalty
Once upon a time I made
a mistake of falling too easily.
In your words like water, I wade
but I slipped carelessly.
You see, I was too naive.
I thought you'd be different.
Like a fool, I believe.
Now it's a lesson learnt.
People can be very cruel.
Use your weakness against you,
especially if their exterior is beautiful.
Our history is something I still rue.
Now I can see
that the only
loyalty
I reserve is for me.
