when your minds in trouble and your feeling doubt dont sit there and bottle it try and spit it out and when your feeling weary and life is getting tough dont sit there and tell your self that you have had enough find someone to talk to when in your distress when suddenly you feel your life is in mess. get some one to listen and help to ease your mind maybe they will help to put all behind. and when you finish talking and got it off your chest then finally again you can put your mind at rest
