Swallow the moons
All but the elusive seventh
Break away
And rise
From the sea
As a creature
A woman
Of fire
Inspired by a pre-colonial Filipino mythical legend of a moon-eating dragon, called the "Bakunawa", who eats the six moons in revenge after the villagers slain her sister, but was chased away before she could eat the last one. Mythology says she causes the lunar eclipses.
