It's okay, not to be okay
Learning this phrase, not to long ago,
has given me a false sense of reality.
It is? Oh, Is this what this feeling is?
Never noticed, never classified,
moved on, and pushed aside.
I guess I'm not okay*
Now I know, and Now I can say
Rather than pushing my thoughts away.
