Inspiration being my story
A Young Striving black man
The name of Barrack Obama who made history throughout this land
He studied in what he needed to know
A lot of people were skeptical and said so
But Harvard opened the Future President Obama’s eyes
It became apparent, and became the United States surprise
Obama’s voice with a Civil Rights approach
Yet a man with culture and finesse being no joke
Chicago made Obama the Senator in being anonymous
Details, Details, Details
But Senator Obama wanted to do more for the country he loves, the United States
Yet his wife, Michelle Obama has style and grace
The team together of Barrack and Michelle being a duel having an inspiration trace
Planning was put into the works in campaigns in winning the Presidency
Years became months
It was that vital day being Election Day
Votes were counted and it added up to victory being for the first black American President of Barrack Obama
What started as fours years extended into Eight Years being at the White House
President Obama’s mission had many hurdles overcome in standing with Congress
But President Obama didn’t take in as defeat, but saw a challenge
Education and Motivation was his mentor in how he would succeed
Later having a theory in how he would proceed
Negativity hanging over like questionable skies, but every step for America was President Obama’s good deed
President Obama will now pass the torch
He achieved and now part of American’s history as well as Afro American History

Some American’s regret
While others have their opinions of elect
President Obama never wondered during while
That just wasn’t President Obama’s style
President Obama will walk out of the White House with dignity and pride
His Head will be up and it was God to whom I abided
It was written in Heaven’s name
You lived up to victory and we must stand up in the continuing battle being tomorrow’s history
Inspired I am
My could being I shall
My effort being I will
My thought is don’t stand still
My accomplishment looking at succeed
President Obama, you have inspired well
My quest is to tell
But your message, don’t have any fears
Knowing knowledge and education we all should hold dear.
