Deep.                  It's been such a while without company

Where I sit here next to the stone wall...

                       Peaceful as the tree branch
The ivy climbs my wall
                        I can see
How it grows through the cracks
Blood vessel trees
Still pumping life
                                       Breathing you in and out
                                  I feel tired
                                    My eyes are heavy
                                         The wine in my belly
        Moss hangs down
           Ghosts on a wind
                      Do you care to listen
...To the tears of God glisten
Dripping from the leaves
The moment you drink the poison
                   You realize what alive means
                    A forest
Savor each beating of your heart
                       Every breath in your lungs
The sun is starting to set
And although you hear its noises
                 The forest grows quiet
Your eyes close
Falling asleep on the leaves
