I remember your quiet dignity
I remember your soft grace
I remember your enveloping energy
I remember your indefatigable pace
I remember your wise, insightful words
I remember your causes and campaigning
I remember the day that you walked on
I remember the sky full with tears, raining
I remember, above all, you for you
I remember what you were and stood for
I remember your vision and values
Like how you detested the blight of war
Friends remember a warm, funny woman
Colleagues reflect on a dedicated member
Family cherished the soul that bloomed
We all mourn, but most importantly remember
The last in a trilogy of poems in tribute to British MP Jo *** who was murdered in June.
