I dwell beyond the well worn track
In thickets overgrown
Where the multitudes of nature
Reveal multitudes unknown

Beneath the cosmic canopy
That mystical frontier
Beyond which we can’t comprehend
Its truths so strange and queer

Its spirit speaks in thunder
That the human rarely hears
So closed in heart and mind
They build a wall around their ears

It makes me think if solitude
Would make us wonder more
I almost think we’d save our souls
If we would hear God’s roar
