"A Stroll in the Night"
I took a stroll one night
Just wandering and exploring
Then I looked up to you
Got blinded with your beauty
I can see it clearly
The way you glow in the night
The shimmering light of yours
Catching the attention of all
Your flaws was bare to see
Imperfectly perfect you are truly
But then they covered you
And you hid yourself too.
I felt your tears in my shoulder
The symbol of your hidden sorrow
And so I embraced you and your tears
Accepting everything you could offer
I did all these without thinking
And now I am on the pavement
Laying in the cold hard ground
With no thought running in my mind
Then it came back once again
The blow of the wind in my back
The whispering in my ears
The pounding in my head
So it slowly trickled
The blood from my hands
The tears from my eyes
Mixing together in a pool
You were there all along
Just taking glimpse once in a while
Probably thinking why I was so stupid
To fall for something I could never reach
