In the depths of dreaming my body fails to awaken
My eyes race back and forth
Like a camera trying to capture every for the brain to rearrange
I can or can't feel my heartbeat
I wake up in a sweat but why
My body aches as if I ran a marathon
I need fluids to replenish my muscles
My brain surely would appreciate that
As I rise to make sure everything's in place
I look at you and smile it was not a dream just reality
I'll kiss you gently relive this dream
