You played hangman with my heart I tried to
guess the wording and I couldn't finish the
words as I guessed the nouns and verbs.

But as I deciphered the meaning of those unknown
twenty words tears descended and I spelt it out.
I-d_ -not-l_ve-you-any-m_re.

I couldn't say it out loud, but my guesses were
done I had lost even though I had not said she
did instead "I do not love you any more,

You had played hangman with my heart,
I knew what was coming and didn't want to say,
my emotions are hanging, but you don't care.
