It was supposed to be a secret. I was told others wouldn't understand. I was told it was a special game that only special people could play. I was scared at first, but then I just went numb. I let it go on without feeling. Though I tried to deny myself, I would cry in my bed at night. I secretly didn't want to do it anymore. I tried to find a way to give up my secret, but I seemed to be ignored by everyone around me. It wasn't until I did something bad that someone found out and by then it was almost too late.
