take two
then one
  under and over singing

arched back to see the spotted
  stars... dankly clinging

in mist, hidden to rise
   forthright amidst
long awaited sighs

flagrant and steady
  lift stones and rocks
      unearth despair now
  times flowing to the eddy

how many in time
  lips curled with lust
snipped and clipped
   in tempo, in pace sublime

have i missed something here
  trash thrown across the mind
incoherent distant faces
now lost, once thought so near

albeit, chance takes on a mighty go
  hastily... left gone, expired
vastly misguided, derided
once breathless and fast, now deadly slow
