Aug 2016
The sun begins to set low and the shadows of night fall earlier. The wind changes and the sea begins to become restless. The warmth of a season is replaced by a familiar chill and the evenings are more for warm fires than swimming. The plants are beginning to fade and leaves show their age, as they begin to take on hues of the rainbow. I put away my sandals and find more appropriate shoes, as I watch the lazy sunny days slip away. I settle in for the inevitable change that must come to all things and take my last look at the summers end.
