Like an antique clock

whose main spring has

been over wound,

my feelings remain

extremely stressed

and raw

The likelihood of my

recovery is optimal

considering the

unnecessary drama

I'm still WOUND UP

and stressed, but

remain confident in

all things working

out for the betterment

of community and most

important... myself

WOUND UP over the

environment, civil rights,

human rights, global

hunger and lack of peace

Real world issues

need

Real world solutions

not

dreams of grandeur

The ability to unwind,

relax and exhale can

precipitate a calming

nature of peace.
