My anonymous muse
May remain that way
We could die
In the light of day

She draws from a well
Deep inside
This ageing and
Wizened mind

She is my mirror
I love her hair
There are other things
That we share

We must remain a mystery
A mere potentiality
Completely unexplored
An unopened door

Nameless she’ll stay
We won’t mis-behave
I’m retired and she's still young enough
To rant and to rave
