I'm not crazy
Just living in a fantasy
A maze I can't seem to beat
A single soul on a busy street
My friends don't see
My family doesn't see
Nobody sees
What's happening to me
A sweet little girl
Happy and alive
Smiling on the outside
Breaking from the inside
Cuts on her thigh
Just giving it a try
They say it really works
And she's finding they were right
Coping with this life
Putting up a fight
All alone
Breaking down
Thoughts of suicide
Goes to church
Shakes hands
No one knows she almost tried
Her tears already dried
I'm not crazy
Just have a lot to hide
Need a lot of love
But afraid I'm not enough
Almost out of blood
I'll stay just out of touch...
But
...Help...Me...
