I look you in the eyes
I ask you once more
"What do I need to do?"
You look at me
Try to break eye contact
You know the answer
You know what I mean
Yet you turn away
You act as if I do not understand
As if I am not worthy of an answer
And now
Now I am finished
Finished with you
And all that you do
Your excuses and lame games
Your needy and irritating words
You think I don't understand
That you are broke too
But of course I can't understand
I'm far too young
I'm far too female
Far too anything to take seriously
