May 2016
you can afford to take your chances
burn bridges you will never be re-crossing
in peace of mind, others can keep their fears
freedom hard won is never easily relinquished
every strained sinew now an oak tree
forged on the path you ventured so long ago
it becomes second nature to set light to the past
when the present moment is one where you live
in constant amazement at the wonders of life.
