the lonely girl
at the empty bar
she's all done up
but feelin so down
her lipstick masks a fake smile
her hair hides her sad eyes
who is she even trying for
she wonders
am i destined to live a life
of self-loathing & self-destruction forever?
she fears
she is the product of a broken heart
and a broken home
and a broken world
& everyone asks to love her
but nobody really knows how
and every time she is left empty
and wanting more outta life
the lonely girl
at the empty bar
she's all done up
but feelin so down
