Apr 2016
the sun kisses my skin
as mud from a star
on a glorious evening night
with the moon not so far
and as I watch the wind flow
gently into my face
I wholly feel within
a pulling toward the notion
that  I would rather be
no other place than where I am
and all I want to do
is be grateful to God
for who I am
beyond being a man
now as Love manifest
with a golden tan
