It’s just something
I don’t often admit
I have the blues
Which I frequently get
Because I miss you
But there’s no need to fret
Or even consider
It makes me upset

I cry sometimes
When no one can see
All the hurt
That you put on me
We’re not together
But I’m still not free
I cry sometimes
When no one can see

Redundant thoughts
Run through my mind
I don’t have your love
Still I haven’t resigned
To live my life
The way that I do
I want you back
And it’s also true

I cry sometimes
When no one can see
All the hurt
That you put on me
We’re not together
But I’m still not free
I cry sometimes
When no one can see

I’ve often wondered
And asked my self why
That people say
A man shouldn’t cry
When you wanna get something
Off of your chest
Sometimes it helps
And nevertheless

I cry sometimes
When no one can see
All the hurt
That you put on me
We’re not together
But I’m still not free
I cry sometimes
When no one can see
