He’s clearly talking ish
But they’re listening
To his gibberish
Raw meat
For the carnivorous
Offering candy sticks
Of licorice
To make ‘em reminisce

You may think
That he’s wack
Try though he might
We won’t go back
That’s not conjecture
It’s a fact
As stark as white
Or black

So many people
Are confused
And taken in
By any ruse
The illiterate at least
Have an excuse
They find it hard
To deduce

Did I plant
A seed of doubt
As to  who
I’m talking ‘bout
It ain’t that hard
To figure out
Though you never know
What he might sprout
