Dec 2011
for what I'm worth
for what I'm worth
take me as I am
I am not one of the best things
for I am not free
I've been priced and repriced
some think accurately
the world wants me to put on layers
faces, clothes, choices
but I've learned not to decieve
from the untruths that have cut through me
for what I'm worth
take me as I am
at heart and physically
a nomad I am
I don't have much going on for me
but my words and love for living today
I let myself dance
through the streets that are walked on
over and over again
and if you'll listen I'll sing to you my song
for what I'm worth
take me as I am
Let's not doom eachother to being nothing more than comparisons of one another
