Just an observer here
An observer of the times

I often feel
As though
I have never really
Lived at all

To love is to live
And I love a few people

Friendship is important to me
I would like to walk
With a woman
To share our lives
To have dinner together

If it doesn't happen
It doesn't happen
I guess?

I guess it would make
Life feel more real

Then I wouldn't be
Just a thinking brain
Floating in space

But I'd be a body too
A body that a woman
Wants to hug
And hold at night

Should I just laugh
Laugh at life
The big joke?

It seems as though
That is what it is
After all

And so I laugh
Shouldn't take it
So seriously
