A Brief Pause By Victor Tripp

by @victor-trippnb

Love was just a brief pause Like holding in your in your breath A comma at the end of the love sentence Like looking at the person next to you Seeing their back going out the goodbye door The green light of moving along is on And we transform both of us into strangers again Departure I dislike the same as you
