Blue Skies from Pain
Two naive little kids at play
Two naive little kids in love
One just wants the demons at bay
One was sent with help from above
Two naive little kids
Just holding hands
Two naive little kids
Just making plans
One's a bull in a china shop
One's a china doll made of steel
Both are made of liquid
Both burnt so bad they can't heal
Two naive little kids
Held underwater
Two naive little kids
Potential martyrs
One's always running away, away
One's always catching up, up
Traversing circles but one day
The diamonds will leave the rough
Two naive little kids
Consonants together
Two naive little kids
Old souls in bad weather
One's a ****** for drugs and ***
One's been put under a wretched hex
Soon they'll switch roles in the overpass
Two tiny fish in an hourglass
Two naive little kids at play
Two naive little kids in love
Both just needed a friend, they say
Both transformed into doves
