Nov 2015
Clouds slowly swirl,
bulging fat with juice.
Waves erupt,
crashing into dark sands.
Wind slaps the arched back of the sea
with a whistling hand,
spraying salty water into black.
Flashes of white
numb your brain with light
Falling rain glistens
around strobes of shadow
pasted on bent palms.

Open your eyes.
It all subsides.
Sunshine.
