####
she was a quiet gentle
American girl
( she was doomed )
/././
the young man
Carrying the world
Tried to be compassionate
They called him a queer ******
And beat him up
••
The girl worked very hard
At not getting *****
( at least not TOO often )
/////
in the dark shadows below the el - train tracks
Of all the crack ******
These were the
Creme -de-la-Creme
••
the stars in the sky fading away
Beneath the veil of chem- trails
And death
••
My only friends were the
Crack ****** in the shadows
Of reality
•
I just sat on some ledge
Amongst them
None of us said nothing
••
trying not to get murdered
Shouldn't be such hard work
|| ||
She was a quiet girl from the USA
living in the shadows
Under the tracks of the el-train
::
I said
LET'S GET THE **** OUTTA HERE
So we did
And now live in the graveyard
Outside a town
..
