Turning on my bed, dripping wet in sweat. My nightmares are coming true. One more night of restless sleep as the dawn finally breaks. I want this to end but I don't know how it can. I look in the mirror with blood shot eyes as I enter another day without rest. I try to exercise my past, but it is not so easy. The guilt of many failures weighs heavy on my soul. I can't find any peace even in pills and drink. So night after night go on fighting my demons hoping that they will not win.
