Must I fear evil? I should not! For whom I must fear is my God. Who cares me. Who departs not; Who shares love. Who gives light (To which its lurk showed me the way). For God, Himself, is the beauty of every purest day.
I am blind, yet I can perceive. I am dumb, yet I can speak. I am poor, yet I am rich. I am rejected, yet I am accepted. Must I fear evil? I should not! For God saves me from that Land of Nod.
My heart dwells always upon His arms When there’s no chance, He delivers chance With this Nature, I can wander not alone With that Heaven, Heaven is my Home; For my God’s Love, time can always reveal That I should fear Him, Jesus, not the evil.
