Days passed, you cared about nothing
But your own happiness.
Weeks passed, you cared about nothing
But your own necessities.
Year passed, you cared about everything
But for you own knowledge.
Until then,
Someone found you.
It crept inside your soul.
You tried to care about it.
But for your own life.
It needs to take over you,
For its own life.
You tried your best to care for it.
But for it to care for you, as well.
Until then,
It rapidly swallow your soul.
You cared for it.
And it cared also.
But only for itself.
Days, weeks and years passed, you cared for nothing
But not because for your own self
But because you are not your self anymore.
You are already nothing.
