I treasure my past
I put on all the years
And walk outside into the rain
We clasp hands
Wondering why the day was made
Why was it worth making
If there are no more than sayings
Praying for love
Love is a tree
Burning down slowly
I know its wrong to ask
To whats perfect
But why i don't understand
When the table hits the floor
The angels explore
Take a chance for a solution
But nobody will like it
Tell out the time
Wondering why the day was made
Why was it worth making
Maybe another lie
I want to know the truth
Travelling through time
We won't learn
Its a secret they hide
We won't be free
Wondering why the day was made
Why was it worth making
If there are no more than sayings
Praying for love
Love is a tree
Burning down slowly
Soul easily gone home by night
We walk into beamed light
I'll listen to ever word
