the Space Race
and loved all things
aeronautical.

Wanted to be
an Astronaut
or an ace
fighter pilot.

Then I went to war
and spent every day
in the Unfriendly Skies
of sudden death
hoping not to meet
the ground in pieces.

These days,
I prefer to drive.
