When you give a cup of water to someone and then a bite to eat, you do more than meet their material needs. You show them a simple kindness and give them something in which to believe, you build a link in a chain of hope that helps all humans live. For a chain of hope is stronger than the problems of life, it helps people to be renewed in spirit, it helps them to come alive. If each person believes that kindness still exist, then a chain of hope can be built with bonds of family through out the world of man. It makes each person say that I can do something and makes them want to stand. So the next time you see a need, do what you can.
